What This Program Is
The Learn-It-All Press Affiliate Program pays you for referring people who go on to work with us. It's designed for professionals who are regularly in conversation with experienced executives, founders, coaches, and experts who are well-positioned to recognize when someone is ready to write a book.
When someone you refer signs a ghostwriting or publishing agreement, you earn 10% of the sale and no cap on total earnings. This packet covers who makes a good referral, how referrals work, how commissions are paid, and how to get started.

Learn-It-All Press is a book publisher that provides ghostwriting and publishing services for executives, founders, consultants, coaches, and industry experts who want to write and publish a professional book. When you refer someone to us, they get a complete ghostwriting and publishing service, and you earn a commission when they sign on.
Who Makes a Good Referral
For many experienced professionals, there comes a point when a book stops being an idea and starts feeling necessary. It's how they capture what they've spent years learning, establish authority beyond their immediate network, and create something tangible that represents the depth of their work. A well-written book opens doors to speaking engagements, consulting opportunities, media coverage, and the kind of credibility that's hard to build any other way. The people most likely to act on that are the ones who have already done the work and are ready to put their name on it.
Strong referrals are experienced professionals with clear expertise, an established reputation, and a timely reason to turn their ideas, frameworks, or expertise into a published book.
A strong referral is usually someone with:
10 or more years of experience in their field
An established professional profile — LinkedIn presence, speaking history, media appearances, or a recognizable name in their industry
A reason to publish now, such as a completed major project, an upcoming conference or keynote, recent press coverage, or a move into independent consulting
A clear point of view, methodology, or body of work they're known for
An existing audience or platform, even a modest one — a newsletter, podcast, community, or consistent speaking presence
A desire to grow their authority, attract better clients, or leave a lasting professional legacy
The bandwidth and motivation to follow through — they've talked about writing a book before, or they've recently brought it up again
These are the moments when people are most likely to move forward with a book.
How Referrals Work
Get set up. Fill out a short onboarding document so we have your details on file. There's no formal application — just a quick step to make sure we know who to credit when a referral comes in.
Make an introduction. If you know someone who's ready to write a book, point them our way. A personal introduction or a simple mention is all it takes.
Have them reach out. When they contact us, they let us know you sent them. No tracking links or dashboards needed — just their word. As a bonus, anyone you refer receives a 5% discount on their project if they move forward with Learn-It-All Press.
Let us take it from there. Our team walks them through a Discovery Call, ghostwriting and publishing options, and next steps.
Earn your commission. When they sign an agreement, we confirm the referral with you and process your commission on the next scheduled payout.
If you'd like, we can keep you in the loop. Just let us know when you've made a referral and we'll follow up from there.
Commission Details
10% commission on the total net sale value of every signed publishing or ghostwriting agreement.
Paid in two installments. You receive half your commission when the client signs their agreement and pays their first installment, and the other half when Learn-It-All Press receives the project's final payment.
No earning cap. Refer as many people as you like — there's no limit on what you can earn.

We handle everything from editing and interior design to cover creation, distribution, and launch strategy. Books published through Learn-It-All Press are produced to the same standard as traditionally published titles and distributed through major retail channels, giving authors a finished product they can stand behind and a publication they're proud to promote.
