Who We Are

We started Learn-It-All Press to help people turn their hard-earned experience into real, readable, reputation-building books.

What sets our publishing approach apart is this dual perspective: we understand both the craft of compelling storytelling and the strategic importance of thought leadership in today’s business landscape. Our process is thoughtful, structured, and deeply collaborative. We ask the right questions, shape complexity into clarity, and help you sound like yourself—at your sharpest.

Whether you want to sharpen your thought leadership, launch a new product or platform, or leave a lasting legacy, we’ll help you craft a book that reflects your expertise and unlocks new opportunities.

    Damon Lembi, CEO

Damon Lembi believes great leaders aren’t born or made—they’re in the making. As CEO of Learnit for nearly three decades, he’s helped upskill more than 1.9 million people and partnered with thousands of organizations to build stronger, more adaptable teams.

A former Division I baseball player, Damon brings an athlete’s focus and grit to leadership, learning, and life. He’s a sought-after keynote speaker, podcast host, and author of the bestselling book The Learn-It-All Leader, which explores the mindset, traits, and tools today’s leaders need to thrive.

Damon founded Learn-It-All Press to help leaders and learners do what so many of them said they wanted to do—write a book that shares their wisdom, sharpens their thinking, and creates real-world opportunities.

Skyler Gray, Lead Ghostwriter and Book Coach

Skyler Gray believes every leader has a story worth telling and an audience that needs to hear it.

Over the past 10+ years, she's helped entrepreneurs, consultants, and thought leaders turn their expertise into books that have achieved Wall Street Journal bestseller status and USA Today recognition. As both a narrative strategist and editor, she guides authors from concept to published work, helping them discover their unique narrative voice and translate deep, complex knowledge into accessible prose that resonates with their target audience.

The authors she works with do more than publish books, they build platforms, establish expertise, and create lasting impact in their fields. As Kirkus Reviews noted about one recent project, the result is "lucid, straightforward, and replete with aphoristic distillations of wisdom"—exactly what today's business readers need.
